Mr. Soumen Ghosh
- ~30 yrs of extensive experience in financial service industry
- Played pivotal role in previous stints at CXO level with Allianz Australia, Bajaj Alliance General Insurance & Bajaj Alliance Life Insurance and Reliance Capital Ltd
- Founded Cosmea group (which operates under “Torus” brand) with an aim to cater all financial services under a single roof
- FCA (ICAEW) , Mechanical Engineer (London University)
Mr. Nitin Agrawal
- ~15 yrs of experience in investment management
- Played a significant role in developing proprietary quantitative strategies in earlier stint with Deutsche Bank
- Co-founded Orowealth to leverage technology in offering financial solutions available to masses
- MBA (IIM Bangalore) , B.Tech (IIT Bombay)

Mr. Hemal Shah
- 14 years of work experience in financial services and capital markets.
- He has previously worked with Sharekhan, Angel Broking, Edelweiss Financial Services, ICICI Securities, Aditya Birla Capital and Anand Rathi Securities
- In his previous stints, he was a part of PMS Team at Aditya Birla Money and Anand Rathi Shares & Securities Pvt Ltd managing AUM of ~INR 500 crs
- He has done his MBA from Welingkar Institute of Management
Mr. Vaibhav Shah
- 10 years of experience in research and corporate finance
- Earlier was part of Treasury team at L&T Ltd, responsible for managing ~USD 1.6 Bn of assets
- Last stint was in Investment Banking team with Edelweiss Financial Services covering BFSI sector
